Terms of Service

These terms explain service area, pricing, booking, secure payment, access, cancellation, satisfaction follow-up, and exclusions.

Service area

Fortuna Cleaning Services serves Park Slope residential homes only.

Booking and payment

Online bookings are completed through the Fortuna booking flow and secure Stripe Checkout. Booking is confirmed only after verified payment.

Pricing

Prices are based on selected service, bedrooms, bathrooms, eligible add-ons, approved surcharges, and quote-trigger rules. Every bathroom counts as one bathroom.

Service scope

Bookable services include Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, and Move-Out Cleaning. Recurring cleaning is a frequency for Standard Cleaning.

Policies

Customers must accept current booking policies before payment. Policy acceptance is stored with the booking record.

Exclusions

Fortuna does not perform unsafe-condition work, hoarding remediation, biohazard cleanup, pest waste cleanup, mold remediation, heavy lifting, exterior windows, dishes, laundry, or large trash removal.
