Fortuna Cleaning Services uses customer information to support Park Slope booking, secure online payment, cleaning communication, quote review, and customer service.

Information submitted

Forms may collect name, phone, email, address, unit, ZIP code, service, bedrooms, bathrooms, home details, add-ons, preferred date, access notes, policy acceptance, and booking notes.

Payment information

Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. Fortuna does not store card details on the website.

Booking records

Fortuna stores booking and quote details needed to schedule service, verify payment, send confirmations, handle support, and maintain policy acceptance records.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Fortuna may use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand website visits, booking funnel activity, quote requests, contact requests, and verified paid bookings. Analytics events do not include customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, unit numbers, access instructions, booking notes, payment card details, or secret keys.
